Description
A refreshing Lavender Lemonade that combines the brightness of lemon with subtle floral notes, perfect for summer gatherings and brunches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lavender
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Make lavender syrup by simmering dried lavender and sugar in water until dissolved. Allow it to cool.
- Mix the cooled lavender syrup with freshly squeezed lemon juice and additional water to taste.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or lemon slices if desired.
Notes
For a boozy version, add a splash of vodka or gin. The syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
