Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are slightly firm but the centers remain soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding a splash of vanilla or using gel food coloring to adjust the pink hue. These cookies freeze well and can easily be baked from frozen.
