Description

Delicious soft pretzel bites served with a warm, gooey cheese dip, perfect for gatherings or family nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Cheese dip, warmed


Instructions

  1. Cut the pizza dough into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil a pot of water and add the baking soda. Carefully add the dough pieces to the boiling water and let them cook for about 30 seconds.
  3. Remove them from the water and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle coarse salt on top of the pretzel bites.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) until golden brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with cheese dip.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding garlic powder or rosemary to the coarse salt or brushing the bites with a honey-butter glaze after baking.
