Description
Delicious soft pretzel bites served with a warm, gooey cheese dip, perfect for gatherings or family nights.
Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Cheese dip, warmed
Instructions
- Cut the pizza dough into small bite-sized pieces.
- Boil a pot of water and add the baking soda. Carefully add the dough pieces to the boiling water and let them cook for about 30 seconds.
- Remove them from the water and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle coarse salt on top of the pretzel bites.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) until golden brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm with cheese dip.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding garlic powder or rosemary to the coarse salt or brushing the bites with a honey-butter glaze after baking.
