Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar to soft peaks.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream in thirds.
- Add whole raspberries and fold gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set. Enjoy!
